Solo-fit verdictSolo-ReadyThe most approval-first general assistant here — nothing sends without your OK — with the catch that its price exists only inside your personal checkout offer.
True solo cost · lowQuote onlyNot estimable from published prices — Empacer publishes no price anywhere on its official site (checked 2026-11-05); the amount appears only in the personalised offer at checkout, so any figure would be a guess.

The short version
Empacer is a voice-first assistant for owner-operators: you speak a task, it hands back finished work on a card, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
Buy it if
You run the business from your phone, think out loud, and want drafts you approve rather than a chat window — and you are willing to learn the price only at checkout.
Skip it if
You need a published price before you commit, a native iPhone app, or an assistant that answers your customers' calls — Empacer explicitly does none of those.
What Empacer does — the jobs it finishes
Workflows are built only from verified capabilities in our listing research — no vendor copy, nothing invented.
The spoken morning brief
Starts You tap the voice button and talk through the day
- Empacer turns the request into a weekly or daily plan card
- You edit a line, ask for a fix, or approve
You get A plan built from your business memory, ready to work from
Planning happens at the speed of speech, not typing
Customer replies that wait for your OK
Starts A customer or supplier message needs an answer
- Empacer drafts the reply in your tone from its memory of your services and prices
- The draft arrives as a card
- Nothing sends until you approve it
You get A ready-to-send reply you have actually approved
Approval Every reply waits for the owner's approval by default
Inbox work shrinks to reviewing drafts instead of writing from zero
Social posts from a sentence
Starts You describe the post you need
- Empacer writes the caption and visuals
- The finished post arrives as a card
- On approval it publishes through the connected tool
You get A published post you reviewed first
Marketing output without opening a design tool
Documents and invoices from your files
Starts You attach a photo or file — a price list, an invoice, a document
- Empacer drafts the document, summary or invoice (in QuickBooks: get bills, create invoices, create purchases)
- If a detail like a price is missing, it asks instead of inventing it
You get A finished document grounded in your own files
Paperwork becomes a review task instead of a typing task
Where it stops
- Does not answer customer phone calls — voice is how the owner gives tasks, not a customer channel
- Publishes no price: the amount, billing period and renewal price appear only in the personalised offer at checkout
- No native iOS app yet — iPhone owners use the web app in the browser
- Gives no legal, tax, financial or other professional advice
Getting started
Before you start
- A web browser or the Android app (iPhone uses the web app)
- Microphone permission if you want voice input
The ongoing admin
- Correct memory facts that are marked as guesses
- Approve, edit or decline result cards — and check failure cards for what was saved
- Read your renewal price in your offer before each period renews
Step 1Answer three setup questions
By voice or text; your answers become the first facts in your business memory (About you).
Step 2Correct the memory
Each fact shows its source — your answer, a file, a past task — and guesses are marked as guesses for you to fix.
Step 3Speak your first task
Tap the voice button or type in Ask anything; review the result card and approve, edit or decline.
Step 4Connect tools only when a task needs one
Connections are requested one tool at a time with a separate permissions screen; declined work stays inside Empacer to copy out.
Time to first useful result: Under an hour — three setup questions, then speak your first task · no-code 5/5
Full pricing — checked 2026-11-05
Pricing not published. Empacer is a paid subscription whose price depends on the offer available to you — the exact amount, billing period and renewal price are shown only at checkout, before you pay. Subscription periods run 4 weeks, 12 weeks or as otherwise shown at purchase, and renew automatically. There is no free plan for the assistant.
Pricing not published — quote only
Empacer publishes no price on its official site, so we don’t guess one. Here is what is known, and what to ask before you sign.
What is known
- One everything-included subscription: voice assistant, tasks (posts, replies, reminders, files), business memory, connections, notifications and product updates
- Billing periods of 4 weeks, 12 weeks or as shown at purchase, renewing automatically (Subscription Terms)
- The exact amount, billing period and renewal price are shown at checkout before you pay — and the price depends on the offer available to you
- No free plan for the assistant; one subscription covers the web app and the Android app
Ask before buying
- The exact price and renewal price inside your own offer — two buyers can legitimately be shown different prices
- Whether you are being offered a paid trial, what it costs, and when it converts (the terms allow one; no length or price is published)
- Whether the specific tools you rely on are connectable — only about nine are named publicly out of a claimed 1,000-plus
- Cancellation timing: you must cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop renewal
What could make the bill jump?
The risk is opacity itself: your price and renewal price are whatever your personal offer says, add-on packages may be offered later at unpublished prices, and an introductory offer can auto-convert — the checkout screen, not a pricing page, is the contract.
Billing unitper subscription period (4 or 12 weeks), price shown at checkout only
Free tier / trialNone — Empacer states the assistant is a paid subscription with no free plan (the free courses and tools on empacer.com are separate products).

Price record · 2026-11-05: First listing check, 2026-11-05: no price is published anywhere official — the pricing page (empacer.com/pricing), transparency page, app page, Subscription Terms and Terms were all read this run. The pricing page states verbatim in substance: 'Empacer is a paid subscription. The price depends on the offer available to you. Before you pay, you see the exact amount, the billing period, and the renewal price.' Subscription Terms give the periods (every 4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise as selected) and allow a paid trial without publishing its length or price. Modelled quote-only on the Docyt/Truewind pattern: no tiers, no numeric True Solo Cost.

Our assessment of Empacer
Empacer is built for the owner who is also the whole team, and it starts from the phone in your hand rather than a desk: answer three short setup questions — by voice or text — and it builds a business memory from your answers, your files and your past tasks, with each fact labelled by its source and guesses marked as guesses for you to correct. From there you tap the voice button (or type in Ask anything, or attach a photo or file) and ask; what comes back is not a chat answer but a finished piece of work on a card — a social post with visuals, a customer or supplier reply, a weekly plan, a document or summary from an uploaded price list or invoice, an appointment reminder — which you edit, decline or approve, and only then is it sent or published through the connected tool. By default nothing is sent until you approve it, and failed tasks return a card saying what broke, what was saved and whether anything was sent. Connections (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Notion, Slack and Outlook are the named ones, under a claimed catalogue of 1,000-plus tools) are made one at a time, only when a task needs them. Two boundaries matter: voice is how you brief it — it does not answer your customers' calls — and there is no published price at all: Empacer is a paid subscription whose amount exists only in the personalised offer at checkout.
Pros — our take
- Approval-first is the stated default, not a setting you have to find: nothing sends without your OK
- Business memory shows the source of every fact and marks guesses as guesses
- Setup is three questions; the interface is voice on the phone you already carry
Cons — our take
- No published price — you cannot budget until the checkout offer appears, and offers vary between buyers
- iPhone is browser-only until the iOS app ships
- The claimed 1,000-plus tool catalogue names only about nine tools publicly

Solo Fit stays the public score: the qualitative roll-up of these four published inputs under the How We Rank method. Ease and human control are as strong as this job gets; pricing clarity is the floor, because no price is published at all.
Three to compare before you decide
The difference: ChatGPT publishes its prices (Plus $20/month) and answers in chat; Empacer returns finished-work cards by voice, approval-first — at an unpublished price.
The difference: Claude is a transparently priced general assistant for desk work; Empacer is phone-first and business-memory-driven, but iPhone is browser-only.
The difference: Manus acts autonomously on tasks; Empacer's default is the opposite — nothing is sent until the owner approves it.
Questions buyers ask about Empacer
What does Empacer cost?
There is no published price. Empacer's pricing page, checked 2026-11-05, says it is a paid subscription whose price depends on the offer available to you, with the exact amount, billing period and renewal price shown at checkout before you pay; the Subscription Terms put the periods at 4 weeks, 12 weeks or as shown at purchase. Any figure quoted elsewhere is not from the vendor's site.
Does Empacer send messages without my approval?
By default, no — its product and transparency pages state that every post, reply and email waits for your OK. The one exception in its Terms: actions can run without per-action approval where you have expressly configured an automation rule, so check any automation you set up.
Does Empacer answer my customers' phone calls?
No. Empacer's About page is explicit: voice is how you give Empacer a task; it works for you, the owner, and does not take calls from your customers. For customer calls you need a receptionist agent from the Phone & Book job instead.
Can I use Empacer on an iPhone?
Yes, but in the browser: there is no native iOS app yet ('coming soon' per the app page), so iPhone owners open app.empacer.com in the browser. Android has a native app, and one subscription covers web and Android on the same account.
Stacks & next steps
Empacer is not in a published stack yet — stacks are edited buying guides, and memberships are added only when the combination has been worked through.
